Regiment of Artillery
I had heard a lot about the Minerva Academy and the good name it had made.
My own son attended it in 1960 and he at present is serving in the Regiment of Artillery
Today it is my proud privilege to visit it personally and I am grateful to major I. S. Deol,
Who has shown me round and made me see for myself how the students were working.
It is a great surprise to see that in such a short time as 10 days,
This academy has been able to mold the physical as well as the mental aspects of the students to their benefit.
What I Have observed is that all attending have started thinking themselves with confidence.
The method of teaching is so unique that a problem given was solved by different syndicates in their own way not the mechanical way of working, but to tackle it intelligently. The students showed keen interest and fall faith in its teaching.
